Weekly check-ins are part of your competition program. This is essential to your progress, as adjustments cannot be made if we do not get your weekly feedback. The closer you get to your stage date, the more dialed in your program will be. Posing practice is necessary, too!
*For online clients, we ask that you send weekly stats including weight and how well you stuck to your plan, along with photos.
*For local clients, face-to-face check-ins are best! If you cannot make your appointment, an email or text check-in is always an option.
Remember, your 110% commitment is the most important part, as well as trusting the process!
